With over 25 years of experience, Ken began his career in residential property and moved into sales of major commercial office investments, development sites and investment property throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Having held senior positions in CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) and Colliers International, Ken was recognised as their top revenue generator in Queensland, and amongst the top twenty in the Asia Pacific.
Ken’s insolvency experience also means he is well versed in the relationship market, understanding the requirements and intricacies that form part of those types of transactions, to ensure minimal risk of litigation. As a result of Ken’s experience, he has a wide database of clients and properties.
