Dean Weintrop - Director
Dean has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry working for some of Australia’s largest corporate and ASX listed companies as well as international experience in Project and Development Management.
His passion and fascination for property development, architecture and construction began early in his career and it was this passion that led Dean to Avanti where he can collaborate with like-minded people. His vision for Avanti is to join forces with his fellow Directors to grow the business – and continue to enjoy what they do.
Matthew Haney
Matthew is a Senior Project Manager at Avanti, with over 10 years delivering projects across a wide variety of sectors including health, aged care, residential, commercial, retail and hospitality which include both refurbishments and new builds.
Matthew’s expertise rests with understanding our clients’ business, developing solutions and bringing the right expertise to the table. He is a successful project leader that delivers cost effective and timely solutions for our clients. Matthew has significant experience in design management, procurement activities, contract administration, feasibility studies and obtaining government approvals.
Rob Dullisear
Rob is an experienced and qualified professional spanning over 20 years across multiple real estate sectors. He has a proven track record in managing and successfully delivering projects through the full development lifecycle. He is an innovative doer, always looking to challenge traditional methods by utilising past experiences and forward thinking. Rob joined Avanti in 2021 as a Development Project Manager.
