Queens Wharf Tower Diamond Residences fast-tracked to meet demand

The 71-level tower, which will soar 250 metres in to the sky, making it the sixth highest tower in the Queensland capital, will home 819 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a handful of exclusive penthouses.

When the neighbouring tower to the successful Queen’s Wharf Residences launched, developers Destination Brisbane Consortium knew they were going to be inundated with enquiry.

After launching the new Queen’s Wharf Tower to market back in March, sales have been strong, with buyers eager to secure an address along the Brisbane River in the unrepeatable $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane project.

The 71-level tower, which will soar 250 metres in to the sky, making it the sixth highest tower in the Queensland capital, will home 819 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a handful of exclusive penthouses.

Located on the corner of Margaret and William Street, residences are divided into Emerald, Ruby and Diamond tiers, in addition to the Penthouse Collection, designed by Cottee Parker to take advantage of either city, Botanic Gardens, or river views.

The joint development venture, led by The Star Entertainment Group along with its Hong Kong-based partners Chow Tai Fook Enterprises and Far East Consortium, have brought forward the release of the three-bedroom Diamond Residences within the tower, due to the overwhelming demand. They’ll be located on the upper levels of the tower, high above the neighbouring buildings with some of the best views in Queensland.

The Diamond Residences are located on levels 49 to 70 and feature Gaggenau appliances, natural stone benchtops and feature 2Pac joinery as standard. They are designed to take in as much of the outdoors as possible, lift and tilt windows included so the alfresco spaces can be enjoyed at any time of year.

Sustainability has been prioritised within Queen’s Wharf Tower, boasting a 6 Green Star Design and As-Built rating, as well as EV-compatible car parks for residents.

Queen’s Wharf Tower will be the fifth sky tower in the seven-hectare integrated resort development upon completion in 2025, with construction slated for 2023.

While the entire precinct is set to boast world-class amenity, Queen’s Wharf Tower will also be home to some of its own exclusive residential amenity, including a 25-metre lap pool and lounge pool, a poolside lounge and cabana, a wellness centre and gym, a steam room, sauna, and magnesium plunge pool, cinema and sound lounge, as well as a range of libraries, bars, wine lounges and dining spaces.
