Our supply of off-market stock is offered exclusively to our clients and our trusted network of channel and referral partners.

A founding Director of Avanti Project Marketing, and a logical thinker, his contribution to the detailed practical aspects of the Avanti business and his unique ability to foster long term relationships with both developers and channel and referral partners in the Investment Property division, renders him an intrinsic member of the Directorial team.

We source the products, do the research, prepare the marketing material and negotiate and manage the financials, leaving you to do what you do best – look after your customers.

When you become an affiliated agent with Avanti Investment Properties, you are allocated a personal Client Manager, who provides exceptional customer service aimed at helping your business grow.

Our diverse stock offering includes vacant or tenanted, newly completed or under construction townhouses, house and land packages and apartments.

Our success comes from over 25 years of forging relationships with property developers and selling groups to create a unique platform where we provide tailor-made solutions for our  700 plus  channel and referral partners to source product. 

These partners work closely with our team of dedicated Client Managers who assist with all aspects of the sales process from provision of marketing materials through to settlement. 

Our diverse stock offering is sourced from Developers in Queensland, Melbourne and Perth.


We choose to work with a group of developers and builders who produce quality homes in high performing locations, streamlining the cost of marketing, promoting and reaching buyers – leaving them to do what they do best, create beautiful homes. 

We take care of the pain points, managing the entire process from Sales Advice, deposit and contract preparation through to settlement, with our dedicated Client Managers committed to the ongoing success of our business partners.

Our service aims to provide Developers with access to qualified buyers, trouble free, smooth transactions and a comprehensive, all-inclusive experience.
