In partnership with YPMAVANTI, We’re excited to share the latest progress on Epsilon Tower 2! Here are the key developments:
Building Structure:
– The lift core has been completed up to level 57.
– Concrete slabs have been poured up to level 54.
Apartment Finishes:
– Façade installation on level 48 is complete.
– Internal walls have been sheeted up to level 40.
– Finishing trades are advancing to lower levels.
Residential Amenities:
– The pool shell on level 20 is currently under construction.
– The team is also in the process of procuring furniture for shared amenity areas, including the recreation deck and private dining spaces.
The 2-billion-dollar masterplan for The Star Residences will put residents at the centre of a truly world-class recreational hub. Broadbeach Island offers an exciting array of restaurants, from the high-end Nineteen at The Star through to everyday cafes and bars.
Entertainment options include The Star Gold Coast’s magnificent conference facilities, and access to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, which are both home to some of Australia’s biggest, most prestigious events.
Tower 2 has also recently been awarded a 5-Star Design rating and is on track to receive the 5-Star As-Built rating under the prestigious Green Star certification system by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA). Green Star is an internationally-recognised sustainability rating system for the design, construction, and operation of buildings, fit outs and communities.
