July Construction Updates: Midwater, Main Beach.
Construction reaches level 33 this week.
Midwater continues to progress nicely through each level’s slab pour, level 32 has been poured recently. Level 33 is formed ready for reinforcing.
Glazing & Internal Fit-out:
– The glazing installation has been completed on level 26, with level 11 having been completed for internal partition walls.
Final Basement Level:
– Below the ground, basement structural works are nearing completion. B7 has recently been poured.
Additional News:
– The lift core has now progressed to level 37. All doors up to level 12 have been installed.
Estimated Completion Date: Early to mid-2025
