BIO:
Chris has been working in the Real Estate and Property Industry on the Gold Coast for over 31 years and has extensive experience in the commercial and development areas. Over the years he has amalgamated large parcels, coordinated joint ventures and has been instrumental in many landmark property transactions. In the last 14 years, he has been very involved in the fuel and fast food arenas and is very well respected by all the major groups.
He has proven successful in being able to adapt to the market and has been involved in major commercial and retail transactions. Chris understands the market and the challenging area of Freehold and Business packages, as well as, “off the plan leasing,” business sales, the sale of Investment Properties and sites suitable for development.
