Belvedere, Main Beach consists of 125 two and three bedroom apartments over 24 floors. It includes 239 car parks and is located just 100 metres from the bustling shops, cafes and restaurants of Tedder Avenue. Avanti acted as Superintendent and Project & Development Manager on behalf of the developer. Construction commenced in October 2023 and was completed in 3rd quarter 2024.
