Villea Apartments is a collection of 69 north-facing two and three bedroom residences in Palm Beach, as well as ground floor retail. Avanti is acting as Project Manager and Superintendent on the project, which is being developed by Sydney-based developer, Abadeen. Villea is scheduled for completion Q4 2025.
