A new chapter is taking shape on James Street. With construction now rising above ground, James Place marks a key milestone in the evolution of one of Brisbane’s most established lifestyle precincts.
Recent drone footage captures the development emerging into view, signalling the transition from groundwork to a more visible phase of delivery – where vision begins to take physical form.
Positioned at 75-85 James Street, James Place will contribute to the precinct’s next chapter, building on its reputation for design, culture and considered urban living.
Spanning six levels, the development will deliver 4,200m² of high-end retail, dining and wellness tenancies, alongside 4,500m² of boutique office space. A lush central plaza and rooftop venue with panoramic city views will further define the experience.
