Avanti is proud to announce the successful completion of the Swanbank Service Station – a key milestone in kickstarting a broader Industrial Park development in the Swanbank region.
Avanti Project & Development Management proudly led the delivery of this project. Avanti Commercial also played a key role in the next phase of this journey, with Chris Fort securing a strong leasing outcome for the client.
Construction was delivered by Shape Construction, who have successfully transitioned from their core expertise in fit-out to deliver this commercial infrastructure project to a high standard.
Originally scheduled for completion in April 2024, the project achieved Practical Completion in late February 2025, following delays caused by adverse weather and tenancy-driven design and fit-out changes mid-project.
