Construction has officially topped out at Villea Palm Beach, marking a major milestone for the landmark $120 million residential tower by Abadeen Group.

The topping out ceremony was hosted by Elizabeth Tilley and featured speeches from Abadeen Group CEO Joe Tack and Emicon Pty Ltd Director Pierre Saab.
Abadeen’s Executive Chairman and Founder, Justin Brown, said topping out at Villea represented an exciting step forward for the company’s national growth and the delivery of a benchmark coastal development.
