From boutique residential builds to large-scale mixed-use projects, our team at Avanti Project & Development Management has continued to support developers, builders, and partners with end-to-end project and development management services that prioritise clarity, certainty, and outcomes.
This year, we were privileged to work on an outstanding pipeline of projects – each one unique in scale, design intent, and community impact. While the list is far too long to capture in full, here are just some of the highlights that helped shape 2025:
Pescado, Palm Beach
Avanti is proud to be appointed Development Manager and Project Manager for this exceptional beachfront development, with Matt Haney and the Avanti Project & Development Management team leading the charge. Developed by YLB Property, designed by BDA Architecture, and delivered by Hnkn, Pescado represents an elevated vision for Palm Beach living.
James Place, Brisbane
A major milestone for Brisbane’s iconic James Street precinct, Avanti is proud to act as Project Manager on behalf of Forme, working alongside Richards & Spence as architect, and Graya as the builder. This highly curated development is set to contribute to the ongoing evolution of this highly regarded lifestyle precinct.
Secret Garden, Byron Bay
Located at 119 Jonson Street, this visionary project by JD Property Group, with Cobild appointed as the builder, sees Avanti engaged as Superintendent, led by Scott Henderson. Our team oversees progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and full contract administration – ensuring clarity, transparency, and best-practice delivery on behalf of the developer.
The Coastal Clinic, Southport
Avanti was proud to act as Project Manager and Superintendent, with Matt Haney and the team guiding delivery. Built by Hnkn, with interiors by Textile and Design Studio, and exterior design by Donna Guyler Design, this project represents refined craftsmanship and thoughtful design integration.
Harbour One, Sanctuary Cove
A major achievement for 2025, Harbour One is now complete. As Client-Side Project Managers and Superintendents, Avanti proudly supported the delivery of this $130M+ waterfront development, comprising 45 luxury residences across three architecturally designed buildings – including eight three-storey villas and two penthouses, delivered by Tomkins Commercial for Mulpha Developments. Despite the challenges of the post-COVID construction landscape, the project team maintained momentum, adaptability, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Villea Apartments, Palm Beach
Acting as Superintendent and Project Manager on behalf of Sydney-based developer Abadeen Group, Avanti is proud to be delivering this coastal lifestyle project. Designed by BDA Architecture and built by Emicon Pty Ltd, Villea comprises 69 spacious residences in Palm Beach with ocean or hinterland views, complemented by a pool, gym, and ground-floor retail.
