Progress continues to build across Sunluxe Group’s growing portfolio, with three key developments in Southport moving through important construction stages. Each project reflects a clear focus on quality, thoughtful design, and a considered approach to delivery as they begin to take shape on site.
At 41 Ward Street, the project is now entering a more defined structural phase. Ground floor masonry party walls are nearing completion, marking a key milestone in establishing the building’s framework. As works progress, the next stage will introduce suspended Level 1 slab formwork and pouring, followed by lightweight steel framing and shaftliner party wall installation. With each step, the building is becoming increasingly visible, signalling a shift from early works into vertical construction.
Over at the Spendelove Avenue Townhouses, the development is advancing into a highly active stage of construction. Structural framing across the townhouses is nearing completion, providing a clear sense of the overall form and layout. Installation of windows and door frames has commenced, alongside early-stage services rough-ins including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. Roofing works are now underway, marking a significant milestone that will allow the project to continue progressing into the next phase. Upcoming works are expected to focus on external cladding and façade treatments, followed by internal wall and ceiling linings and stair installation.
At 86 Pohlman Street, construction is continuing to progress as the project builds upward. As with the other developments, the focus remains on maintaining steady momentum while ensuring each stage is delivered with care and attention to detail. With the structure gradually taking shape, the project is beginning to make its presence felt within the evolving Southport landscape.
