One Year of Transformation at Queen?s Wharf Brisbane!

One year on, Queen’s Wharf Brisbane has truly redefined the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, bringing new life, energy, and opportunity to the city centre.

Wendy Chiu, Chair of Destination Brisbane Consortium and Joint Managing Director and Executive Director of Far East Consortium, shared:

“We are proud to celebrate our first anniversary alongside our valued partner, CTFE. This milestone is a testament to the success of our collaboration and the dedication of everyone involved in Queen’s Wharf Brisbane. Over the past twelve months, we have welcomed more than 10 million visitors to the precinct, with nearly 1 million visitors each month. The Sky Deck alone has drawn approximately 2 million visitors, cementing its appeal as Brisbane’s new favourite lookout. Queen’s Wharf Brisbane has already become a landmark, where people come together to live, work, and celebrate.”

Queen’s Wharf Brisbane is more than a development, it’s a vibrant hub for locals and a beacon for international tourism. We remain committed to delivering lasting value for the people of Queensland and creating a world-class destination that reflects the spirit of Brisbane.

“But this is only the beginning. Our vision is to build on this momentum and make Queen’s Wharf Brisbane even more dynamic and inclusive, a place that offers something for everyone, from dining and entertainment to cultural experiences.

“At the heart of our mission is a deep connection to the Brisbane community. We are focused on making the precinct more appealing and friendly to local residents to ensure its long-term success, while extending a warm welcome to visitors from across Australia and around the world.”

Here’s to the next chapter of innovation, celebration, and connection at Queen’s Wharf Brisbane.
