Avanti Project & Development Management is proud to announce the completion of The Coastal Clinic’s stunning new purpose-built facility at 278 Ferry Road, Southport.
Dr Drew Cronin and Nicole Cronin can now welcome patients into a space that’s been carefully designed to combine elegance, functionality, and comfort. From consultation rooms to procedure suites, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a premium experience. ?
Matt Haney, Head of Avanti PDM, reflected on the project:

Our clients had a very clear idea of the environment they wanted to create – a space that’s both welcoming and highly functional. Our team worked closely with them, the builders, and designers to ensure that every element met that brief.”
Avanti PDM proudly acted as Project Manager and Superintendent, with Matt Haney and the team overseeing every stage to ensure quality, timeline adherence, and smooth collaboration. Built by Hnkn, the facility showcases exceptional craftsmanship, while interiors by The Textile and Design Studio and exterior design by Donna Guyler Design complete the clinic’s refined vision.
